The dreamteams.eu competition (the "Game") will run from Friday 5th August 2011 to Sunday 13th May 2012. The closing date for entries to the Game is 12:45 BST on Saturday 15th October 2011. Entries to the Game are made by via the Website as set out in Clause 3 below.

The Game is only open to both UK and non-UK residents aged 16 years or over at the time of registration, and is open to any eligible person residing in a country where the Game is not prohibited or otherwise unlawful. Failure to observe these requirements will mean that any potential winning entry is invalid and all winnings will be forfeited. Employees of the Promoter, its associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies, their immediate families, agents and any person connected with the Game are excluded from winning any prizes.

All applications to participate in the Game must be made online via the website at www.dreamteams.eu using the Game entry form to be found on the Website. No applications to enter made in any other manner will be accepted and entrants must supply all the information requested. Entrants entering by means of the Website will also incur their own cost (if any) of time spent accessing that Website.

Entrants must choose a name for each dreamteam entered. This can be up to a maximum of 20 characters long. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any dreamteam name that in its sole judgement is inappropriate or offensive. In such a case, the Promoter reserves the right to rename the dreamteam in the name of the entrant or to apply such other name as the Promoter deems appropriate. For entrants to have a valid dreamteam they must select two teams from each group of four, two from each group of five and one from each group of two. As long as each dreamteam is a valid entry, entrants may enter as many dreamteams as they wish. Each dreamteam entered must have a different dreamteam name. Only teams listed in the Game team lists may be selected (“Eligible Teams”). The Promoter will not enter into any correspondence relating to the inclusion or non-inclusion of any teams or leagues.

Once registered, entrants may be given the option at no additional charge to create or join a Mates League. A Mates League may have unlimited dreamteams. The creation of or entry to a Mates League is dependent upon successful entry into the main Game. A creator of a Mates League may invite other Game entrants to join that particular Mates League. An entrant who has been invited to join a Mates League may only join if they have been invited to do so by the Mates League creator and if they are in possession of a valid Mates League password. All Mates League entrants will be bound by the Game Rules. There is no closing date to enter a Mates League and entrants may be a member of more than one Mates League.

Once registered, entrants will automatically be entered at no additional charge into a Supporters League if they have selected a favourite team.

Entries correctly submitted through the Website will result in an acceptance message on the Website and by e-mail providing the entrant has correctly submitted their e-mail address. It is the entrants’ responsibility to remember and maintain the security of their password.  Passwords should not be disclosed to any other person. The Game computer's record of each entry will be deemed to be the official entry for each team.

A monthly email will be sent to each entrant as part of the Game. Entrants can choose to opt in or out at anytime. By entering this Game, entrants are also separately joining our dreamteams Club and thereby consent to contact from dreamteams.eu when we launch new dreamteam games.

Each dreamteam is awarded three points when each one of the teams they have selected wins a league match, one point is awarded for each draw and no points for a loss. No points are awarded when a match is abandoned or postponed however the points will be added when the match is replayed or if the points are awarded by the FA. After your selections have been made, if any team(s) are moved into a different league then within each individual dreamteam the teams selected will be exchanged. If one team moves into another league the points gained will stay within the original dreamteams league. In the event that team(s) are deducted points by the FA or SFA, dreamteams will honour this and the amended points will stand.

The Game will be governed by the Game Rules from time to time published on the Site by dreamteams.eu ("Game Rules"). dreamteams.eu reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement the Game Rules from time to time as it sees fit in its absolute discretion in the event of any circumstances beyond its control arising or where it considers it desirable to do so and you hereby agree that no liability shall attach to dreamteams.eu as a result of any such amendment. You are advised to check the Game Rules regularly from time to time. The Game Rules form part of these terms and conditions.

The winning entries will be those entries which at the relevant prize point have, according to the judges, accumulated the most points calculated using the "Scoring Points" rules. The first main prize will go to the entrant whose validly entered team has scored the most points at the end of the Game. There will be a main second-placed team prize and a main third-placed team prize. There will also be prizes for entrants who finish first in each of the following divisions: Premiership, Championship, Division 1, Division 2, Conference and the Scottish Premier and Scottish Division One combined. If two or more dreamteams share any end of game prize, the tie breaker will come into force. The entrant who has the highest total points of all four tie breaker teams will be deemed the highest and will be awarded the higher prize. If there is still a tie the prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest total points of the first three tie breaker teams. If there is still a tie the prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest total points of the first two tie breaker teams.  If there is still a tie the prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest points of the first tie breaker team. If there is still a tie, the prize money will be shared between the tied entrants. No entrant may claim more than one end of Game prize. In the event that any entrant has more than one prize then the entrant will be awarded the higher of the prizes and the remaining prize(s) will go to the next highest point scoring entrant. If multiple prizes of the same amount are won then it will be from the leagues in the following order: Premiership, Championship, Division 1, Division 2, Conference and the Scottish Premier and Scottish Division One combined. An assessment regarding prizes will be made by the promoter and all factors taken into consideration. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into once the decision has been confirmed.

The awarding of the end-of-Game prizes will take place within 14 days of the end of the Game, following which the winners will be notified in accordance with Clause 13. The judges' calculation of scores will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within 28 days of the announcement of the prize. Verification of the winners validity will be requested and every effort will be made to ensure that prizes are delivered within 28 days from the date the winner has been contacted. In the event that a winner cannot be located within three months of the final league match, the prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs, general location, dreamteam name, and selections for publicity and news purposes on the Website. All winners' names will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Competitions Department of dreamteams.eu at the address below marked ‘dreamteams.eu Winners’, and each entrant consents to the use of their personal data for these purposes.
